Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help Bristol couple Paul Marshall and Nicky Thomson, who are seeking to escape their student-style flat for a home of their own. They would like a two-bedroom terraced house with enough space to entertain friends - but with a budget of £100,000, it will be a struggle
