Drafting Overview:
In the third season of Killjoys, the narrative shifts from the simple pursuit of warrants to a much larger conflict. Following the death of Khylen, the stakes have escalated significantly for the remaining characters. Aneela is currently preparing for battle alongside her army. Meanwhile, the central trio of bounty hunters is fractured; Johnny is on the lamb, leaving Dutch and D'avin to face upcoming challenges with one less member. The setting remains the Quad, a planetary system characterized by its status on the brink of a bloody interplanetary class war and revolution. While the trio previously focused on remaining impartial while chasing deadly warrants, the current circumstances suggest they are preparing for the fight of their lives. The transition from chasing warrants to navigating these larger political and military tensions defines the season's arc as the characters deal with the aftermath of recent losses and the mobilization of Aneela's forces.
