Overview

The new Karas is derived from a comatose patient, Otoha. The fate of the city and its inhabitants hangs in the balance as the new Karas prepares to confront the rogue entity. The city is at a critical juncture, with the outcome of the conflict uncertain. The series explores the conflict between the rogue entity and the will of the city, as well as the implications of creating a new Karas.
