The show revolves around Kazuya Oki, a volunteer who undergoes cybernetic surgery in the United States to participate in the International Space Development Program. This operation is intended to enable him to survive in outer space without the need for a bulky external suit. Kazuya is given the codename "Super-1" after a successful operation. However, his training is cut short when the base where he received his operation is attacked by the Dogma Kingdom. As a result, Kazuya is forced to return to Japan, where he is trained by a martial arts expert known as Master Genkai.
