ICAC also found out a policeman TAI was involved in the case of HENG. They assigned him to be responsible for wiping out prostitution where the target was BROTHER B's karaoke bar. However, BROTHER B was being notified in advance, so the work of ICAC was in vain. In fact, HENG and TAI were ex-colleagues.
