"HUG! Pretty Cure" is a television series that revolves around the life of Nono Hana, a middle school student. Hana's ordinary life takes an unexpected turn when she encounters a baby named Hug-tan and her guardian, Harry, who have fallen from the sky. The pair is being pursued by an evil organization known as the Criasu Corporation. The corporation's intentions are to obtain Hug-tan's Mirai Crystal, which they plan to use to alter the present. As Hana works to protect Hug-tan, she gains her own Mirai Crystal, allowing her to transform into a Pretty Cure. Specifically, Hana transforms into the Pretty Cure of High Spirits, known as Cure Yell. The series follows Hana's journey as she navigates her new role as a Pretty Cure and works to safeguard Hug-tan and the future.
