House Party 4: Down to the Last Minute is a comedy film released in the United States on August 14, 2001, with a runtime of one hour and twenty minutes. The story follows a character named Jon Jon who gets the chance to throw a major party when he takes a job house-sitting for his wealthy Uncle Charles. The mansion comes with a platinum colored Mercedes-Benz 430 valued at more than one hundred thousand dollars. Although Uncle Bilal warned him not to drive the vehicle or host guests, Jon Jon quickly decides to do both. While Uncle Charles is away on a vacation that is not going as planned, Jon Jon uses the opportunity to host an entertainment party and audition his hip-hop band, IMx, for a record executive.
