Synopsis
Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander cast their expert eyes over properties before they go to auction. They view a house in the Yorkshire Dales with spectacular views and hidden depths, a plot of land in Kent with development possibilities and a terraced property in Audenshaw near Manchester.
