Synopsis
Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander cast their expert eyes over properties before they go to auction. They view a two-bedroom terrace in need of an overhaul in Chatham, a flat in a gothic-style Victorian house in Sydenham and a pair of semis in the suburbs of Newcastle.
