Synopsis
Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander cast their expert eyes over properties before they go to auction. They travel to Cornwall to see a beautiful cottage, then to Derby to see a run down home turn into a love nest and a derelict place in Lancashire that someone has waited twenty five years to buy.
