Synopsis

Everyone learns about Happu’s ploy. At the police station, Happu learns that he had gotten the medal for his inefficiency. Further, Rajesh gives money to Kamlesh to fetch some things from the market. Kamlesh also takes money from Happu to go to a fair with Kat. Later, he gets robbed.
