The story eventually sees these two boys, who were bitter rivals in middle school, join forces on their high school team. Together, they work to take on other schools with a vengeance. The title of the series is derived from the Japanese kanji for volleyball. The show features sports-themed content and was released in English on November 14, 2017, with Kyle Jones serving as a voice director.
