In the twelfth episode of the twelfth season of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, the personal and professional lives of the doctors continue to unfold. A patient from Meredith's very first surgery as an intern is readmitted to Grey Sloan Memorial with a new aneurysm. Amelia takes on this patient's case, bringing back memories of Meredith's early days in the hospital. Meanwhile, romantic tensions and personal deliberations occupy the staff.
