Gordian Warrior is a television series that premiered in 1979. The story is set in a future version of Earth that has been transformed into a wasteland of deserts, where the remaining survivors work to rebuild their communities. The narrative follows a young orphan named Daigo Otaki, who was raised by his uncle. Upon reaching adulthood, Daigo learns that Victor City was originally planned by his father, a genius scientist. He discovers that his sister, Saori, has been managing the city. Saori asks Daigo to accept an inheritance left by their father, which is a super robot system identified as Gordian. To protect Victor City, Daigo joins the Mechacon mechanic combat 18th regiment unit. This organization functions as a group of law enforcers tasked with defending the city against ongoing attacks from an organization known as the Madokuta. The series details Daigo's journey as he navigates his family history and his new responsibilities within the regiment to ensure the safety of the city's inhabitants.
