Season overview

In the fifth season of the reality series Forræder, host and game master Mads Hansen oversees a high-stakes competition involving 20 contestants. At the beginning of the season, a specific group of players is secretly designated as the Traitors, while the rest of the participants are identified as the Faithful. The core narrative arc centers on a daily cycle of group missions designed to increase the collective silver prize pot. Each night, the Traitors convene in secret to select one Faithful contestant to be murdered and removed from the game. The following day, the remaining players gather at the Roundtable to engage in intense debate, where they must accuse and vote to banish individuals they suspect of being Traitors. The season follows this ongoing conflict as the Faithful attempt to identify and eliminate the Traitors before the game concludes. Conversely, the Traitors must maintain their deception and successfully blend in with the group to outlast the Faithful. The ultimate objective for the Traitors is to remain undetected until the end to claim the accumulated prize money, while the Faithful strive to secure victory by purging the group of all hidden adversaries.
