Major operation on the Ruhr: In a tragic swimming accident, two men fall into the Ruhr and are in danger of drowning. One man is rescued from the water by DLRG workers, the other man is still missing when the fire brigade arrives. A race against time begins for the emergency services: will they find the missing man in time or will the rescue turn into a rescue?
