Synopsis
Alistair Appleton is in Cornwall helping a couple of teachers find their dream country home. They hanker after having a hobby farm with enough land to rear livestock and grow vegetables within striking distance of the Cornish coast. It also has to be near to Truro. Alistair shows them some beautiful properties and a mystery house with business potential.
