Synopsis
Alistair Appleton is in sunny Norfolk helping a couple find an amazing country pad. They have four horses currently in livery and they want to find a place with enough land to accommodate them. Plus they have a teenage daughter who'd like her own annex. Alistair shows them some real treats. Will any of them take the couple's fancy?
