Synopsis
The Haines are looking to swap the tourist hot spot of Torquay for the rural charms of East Anglia. With half a million pounds to find the detached property of their dreams it sounds like a simple job for Catherine Gee. But not when she's also got to find a fully functional annex for the family's grandparents, Pat and Len.
