Synopsis
Kalle Hogh and partner Daniel Friend are looking to trade in their cramped one bedroom flat in London for a cottage in commutable Kent. Having both grown up in the countryside they want to return to their roots. Catherine Gee has a budget of £250,000 to find them a home with a garden and enough space for friends to stay.
