Catherine Gee meets a family with £700,000 to spend, who want to swap their Port Talbot home with one on the north coast of Devon. Dad Steve runs a diving and marine repairs business in Swansea and plans to commute by boat, while his wife Pippa hopes her individual tastes won't be compromised by the move
