S2·E3 Bristol to Somerset

Catherine Gee helps prospective buyers to find their dream home in the country. She has two budgets to find a couple a two/three bed house with land for the horses, in Somerset. The lower, £210,000, is based on them renting out their Bristol house, and the higher, £260,000, is based on them selling it. Catherine hopes to surprise them with what she finds in both price brackets.
