Synopsis
Alistair Appleton is on a property-searching mission in north Devon with a house buyer who has been tasked by her husband to find their perfect country home on a £600,000 budget. While in the area, Alistair boards the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway and enjoys the thrill of driving a restored gauge engine across Exmoor, tracing the same rail route used by Victorian passengers.
