Synopsis
Alistair Appleton takes on a property hunting mission with a couple who want to escape their housing estate in Coventry to find a new rural life in Devon with a budget of £530,000. Away from the property hunt, Alistair learns about the county's maritime tradition by meeting a group of sea shanty singers.
