Synopsis
Jonnie Irwin is in Somerset with a couple who have £550,000 to find a country home with scope for a bed and breakfast aimed at long-term carers. While in the county, Jonnie visits the original home of cheddar cheese and has a taste of how it is traditionally made, and then matured, in the Cheddar Gorge caves.
