Synopsis
Jules Hudson goes property hunting in Shropshire with a couple in search of a rural hideaway on a budget of £270,000. On the way, he discovers the softer side of Shropshire's industrial heritage in a family-run factory which has been making traditional teddy bears for over 80 years.
