Synopsis
Alistair Appleton is in Gloucestershire house-hunting with a spiritual couple who have their sights set on exchanging hectic city life for a holistic retreat in the country. For up to £850,000 they are looking for an architecturally unique character property with four to six bedrooms and outbuildings with potential to convert into guest accommodation and studio space. They'd like plenty of land for guests to roam in too.
