Synopsis
Tropical disease specialist Dr James Logan joins the team. Dawn and James travel to Thailand to look for embarrassing souvenirs Brits could be bringing home with them after a trip overseas. James infests himself with parasitic hookworm. In the United Kingdom, Pixie talks to Carol who has an addiction to coffee enemas.
