Synopsis
Barry tells Colin he's got a new job on a cruise ship via his new friend Trevor, who's swung it so Barry can run the disco. He's just sold his record stall to Rod and is leaving Walford tomorrow. Lou returns from Leigh-on-Sea in a black cab, via her husband Albert's grave. She gives Ian a list of people and times that she wants to see them, and makes him run round Albert Square sending each person over to her at Number 45 in turn. Arthur loses his job at the shop after the Karims become unsettled by the frequent police visits to see Arthur about the fire at The Dagmar. He tells Pauline and they vow not to tell Lou about it.

In this episode of EastEnders, Barry informs Colin that he has secured a new job on a cruise ship, where he will be running the disco. Barry has also sold his record stall to Rod and is set to leave Walford the following day.
Meanwhile, Lou returns to Albert Square after a visit to Leigh-on-Sea, where she pays her respects at her husband Albert's grave. She then instructs Ian to arrange meetings with various individuals, which he does by sending them to her at Number 45.
Arthur loses his job at the shop due to the frequent police visits to investigate the fire at The Dagmar. He shares this news with Pauline, and they agree not to inform Lou about the situation.
