Synopsis
Wilhelmina uses a spell to get one of Dorothy's ruby slippers, but when she tries to use the single slipper, she's whisked away to Under the Rainbow, the land where misbehaving magic objects are taken. Dorothy and friends must follow Wilhelmina and reclaim the ruby slipper.
