Overview
Dog with a Blog is a television series centered on the lives of step-siblings Avery Jennings and Tyler James. The two characters are described as complete opposites, and their family experiences a significant adjustment following the arrival of a new dog named Stan. Unbeknownst to the parents, Stan possesses the unique ability to talk and maintains a blog where he discusses the various happenings within the Jennings-James household. Eventually, Avery and Tyler discover Stan’s secret talent. Upon learning that their new pet can speak, the step-siblings decide to keep his ability hidden from their parents. While the series focuses on this domestic dynamic, dogs in the real world are known to perform many roles for humans, including companionship, protection, and therapy. These animals have lived alongside humans for 35,000 years and exist in over 400 distinct breeds.
