S4·E20 The Great Wall

Clint treats a young boy for exhaustion but learns that the boy wants to be just like his father. The young man has trouble meeting his father 's expectations. Clint learns that his patient has Dyslexia and ends up in the hospital after taking some pills.

Clint learns that his patient was taking pills to help him think better. His father decides to send his son back to China because he is slower then most people with Dyslexia.

Derek is jealous that his wife spends more time with Dan who takes his daughter to modeling shoots. Derek is worried about the crash Dan seems to have on Nellie. When Derek 's wife tries to explain that they are nothing more than friends Derek doesn't by the explanation.
