Synopsis
The Dirty Buffalo (Norfolk, Va.) • Down the Hatch (Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii) • Zobö & Meester's (Cathedral City, Calif.)
Guy heats up with spice and cools off with ice. In Norfolk, an Upstate New York transplant is dishin' out food he grew up with, like their namesake wings. Then on to paradise at a Maui spot chillin' out with tropical faves and fruity shave ice. And outside Palm Springs, a Cathedral City joint servin' smoke and fire with sandwiches and other specialties.
