Dimension 20: Pirates of Leviathan

Season overview

Dimension 20 is an anthology series that blends comedy with tabletop role-playing games, typically utilizing the Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition ruleset. Created and hosted by Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan, the show features a rotating cast of comedians and professional gamers who participate in various campaigns. In this specific sidequest season, the narrative follows a group of buccaneer buddies who embark on a pirate-themed adventure. The central conflict of this arc centers on the group's efforts to cause mayhem while working toward the objective of saving the floating city of Leviathan. As with other installments of the series, the production is broadcast on the platform Dropout. The season maintains the show's established format of collaborative storytelling, where the actions of the players directly influence the trajectory of the campaign under the guidance of the Game Master. By focusing on the high-stakes mission to protect the floating city, the players navigate a series of challenges consistent with the show's tradition of combining improvisational comedy with structured tabletop mechanics. This season serves as a distinct entry within the broader Dimension 20 anthology, providing a self-contained story arc centered on the nautical exploits of its protagonists.
