Dear Grandma is a comedy film released in 2022 with a runtime of one hour and forty minutes. The story centers on a character named Mikel, who is a Basque person that strongly dislikes everything associated with being Basque. In an attempt to escape, he decides to emigrate to Argentina. However, he encounters the misfortune of arriving directly in a community made up of Basque descendants located in the interior of the country. Rather than escaping his heritage, he finds himself surrounded by people who live out the traditions of their ancestors with immense passion and organize their daily lives around a local Basque club. The film was released in Spain on October 7, 2022.
