Overview

D.Gray-man is a television series created by Katsura Hoshino that originally aired between 2006 and 2008. The story follows a young exorcist named Allen Walker who serves as a primary hope for humanity against wicked forces. The narrative centers on the conflict between humanity and the Millennium Earl, an enigmatic figure who exploits the pain of those who have lost loved ones. By manipulating this vulnerability, the Earl creates mechanical beings known as Akuma, which are cruel spirits born of tragedy and lost souls. Allen Walker possesses a cursed eye capable of seeing evil in its truest form and an arm designed to slay these soul-devouring demons. As the Millennium Earl commands these forces to bring civilization to its knees, Allen must confront the gathering threat to prevent the permanent loss of Innocence. The series depicts a war to decide the fate of mankind, characterized by the potential for endless carnage. The voice cast for the production includes Sanae Kobayashi, Todd Haberkorn, Shizuka Itô, and Ken'ichi Suzumura.
