Synopsis

In Loudmouth, Wyoming the deadliest gunslinger Manny Oakley is demanding everybody carry a gun. Dr Frank N. Stein's mansion (Withering Heights) sits above the town and he objects to the noise. It interferes with his writing. Rags gets mixed up in the doctor's wooden Indian army.
