Synopsis
Julia Bradbury and Matt Baker are in the Chilterns to witness the autumn display provided by thousands of beech trees. Julia visits the farm that's been turned into a miniature airport, and Matt gets a lesson from a celebrity chef on how to make the most of sweet chestnuts. On his Cotswolds farm, Adam is on a mission to breed a traditional Suffolk sheep - and he's busy weaning his calves.
