Synopsis
Matt Baker and Julia Bradbury head for the Brighton Downs in Sussex to find out about the rise of urban shepherds, why water voles are making a comeback and to mark the 150th anniversary of Brighton's Outdoor Swimming Club - an unseasonal dip in the briny.
