Synopsis
Matt Baker heads for the Severn Estuary in Gloucestershire to surf one of the wonders of the natural world - the infamous Severn Bore - while Katie Knapman finds out what the Slimbridge bird reserve is doing to prepare for its spring arrivals.
Cornwall is the destination for John Craven who investigates whether fishermen need to radically change the way they do business if they're to save the industry from collapse.
