Synopsis
Ken starts writing an article. Dennis thinks he'll have time to pay Elsie back but she tells him she's booking the holiday next week. Harry, Concepta, Frank, Jack, Albert, Ena, Minnie, Martha, Len and Dennis go to the races. As the tension mounts, Harry, Dennis and Minnie can't bear to watch.At No.11, Elsie discovers her money is missing.

Meanwhile, Dennis believes he will have time to pay Elsie back, but Elsie informs him that she is booking the holiday the following week. A large group of residents including Harry, Concepta, Frank, Jack, Albert, Ena, Minnie, Martha, Len, and Dennis head out to the races. As the tension mounts during the outing, Harry, Dennis, and Minnie find that they cannot bear to watch the event. Back on the street at number eleven, Elsie makes a shocking discovery when she finds that her money is missing.
