Hank sees a business opportunity and starts PÜBER, a mobile outhouse. Wanda thinks she’s responsible for the clog and treks into the sewer system while Lacey bribes Brent to keep the only working toilet in town a secret. Meanwhile, Emma tricks Oscar into updating their family portrait when she finds an unused gift certificate.
