(5:45 PM Suspicious Activity) Metropolitan PD Northeast Area Command - Officers Thomas Fletcher says every car that metro has, B/W, have a computer terminal MCTs, they are a tremendous help. By running a plate at random they can determine if the car is stolen from anywhere in the US, if the person has warrants or if the plate is expired. Officer Andrew Legrow.
