S1·E208 Thread of Love

MA FU tells MA YAU that he wants to organize a birthday banquet for MA CHONG. MA CHONG was taking the blame for others and many people misunderstood him. By inviting MA CHONG’s ex-colleagues from the police force, MA FU hopes that CHOI and KWOK will express themselves openly about the matter. MA FU invites SHUI-CHING to come with her father and elder brother. After learning about MA CHONG’s case, SHUI-CHING questions CHOI and KWOK. She reveals that MA CHONG has been helping them all the time and they should apologize to him formally. SHUI-CHING and KWOK bring CHOI to select birthday gift for MA CHONG. CHOI appears to be indifferent but he voluntarily pays for the gift. KWOK and SHUI-CHING accompany CHOI to his ex-colleagues’ gathering. Everybody suggest playing mahjong at MA CHONG’s birthday banquet but CHOI says that he will play golf with TING Sir on that day……
