Come Dance with Me! is a 1959 French-Italian drama film directed by Michel Boisrond and starring Brigitte Bardot, known in France as Voulez-vous danser avec moi ? and released in Italy as Sexy Girl. The film is based on the 1956 novel The Blonde Died Dancing by an American author couple writing as Kelley Roos. The story follows handsome dentist Herve Dandieu, who is temporarily separated from his new wife Virginie by a lovers' tiff and gets picked up by a sexy dance teacher named Anita Flores. Sensing trouble, Virginie follows him, only to find him circumstantially incriminated in a murder. Soon, the dance school features a gorgeous new instructress whose slightly scatterbrained attempts to clear her husband's name confuse both the police and suspects, while also bringing potential danger. The film combines elements of drama, crime, mystery, and comedy, with a runtime of one hour and thirty-one minutes.
