A missing toddler. A despondent taskforce. A case handed over to Homicide when all hope is lost. This is no longer a lost babe they're searching for. This is now a murder investigation. A set of circumstances that seems to insist that we draw certain conclusions. We mustn't do that. We have to remain open to all possibilities.
