Overview

Set during a sweltering summer in Seoul, the story follows a terminally ill, thirty-something bachelor and photographer named Jung-won, who runs a small photo studio in a humble shack passed down from his father. While going about his daily routine of soothing fussy customers, enlarging neighborhood portraits, and framing pictures for funeral altars, Jung-won meets a young traffic cop and meter maid who visits his studio. Despite his terminal condition, which she does not know about, they form an untimely yet touching bond and begin a tentative, unfinished romance.
