Season overview

Canada's Worst Driver 3 is the third season of the Discovery Channel Canada television series focused on improving the driving skills of eight nominated contestants. Each participant aims to avoid being named Canada's Worst Driver. Similar to the first two seasons, eight contestants and their nominators travel to the Driver Rehabilitation Centre, which is located in the ghost town of Edgar, Ontario, north of Barrie. Beginning with the second episode, one driver graduates from the rehabilitation program and is eliminated from the competition for the title. This process continues until only three contestants remain. At that stage, a final challenge is conducted to determine which individual is given the title of Canada's Worst Driver. This season introduces two specific changes from previous iterations. First, the focus of the rehabilitation shifts toward extreme driving in the hope that learning these techniques will increase the contestants' confidence and competence at the wheel. Second, the contestants' driver's licenses are confiscated during the program instead of their car keys.
