Team CID investigates a strange case in which all the passengers traveling in a bus are found dead. Fortunately, two girls who boarded the bus mid-way survive the incident. Dr. Salunkhe, Sachin, Freedy, Shreya, and Senior Inspector Abhijeet examine the bus at the scene. During the investigation, Dr. Salunkhe reveals a shocking truth to the team regarding the cause of death. Following this, Senior Inspector Abhijeet suspects that terrorists may be involved in the incident.

Records show there were thirty-five passengers in total on the bus. Out of those passengers, twenty-two are dead, while thirteen passengers managed to get down mid-way. To aid the investigation, Senior Inspector Daya checks the luggage of the passengers who got down. The central mystery of the investigation focuses on identifying who spread the poisonous gas inside the bus and determining where the chemical came from.
