Synopsis
CID are meeting an informer, when a fire breaks out in a nearby bungalow. They rush to help and find a man's dead body but are able to rescue a girl trapped inside a cupboard. However, the autopsy reveals that the man died by drowning.

During season one episode eight hundred and eighty-two of the television series C.I.D., titled Maut Jalne Se Ya Jal Se, the team meets with an informer. While this meeting is taking place, a fire breaks out in a nearby bungalow. The members of C.I.D. immediately rush to the location to help. Upon arriving at the scene, they discover a dead body belonging to a man and manage to rescue a girl who is trapped inside a cupboard. Following the incident, an autopsy is performed on the deceased man. The autopsy results reveal that despite the fire at the bungalow, the man actually died by drowning.
